I send all my clients a contract that must be signed before the start of the assignment, for the security of both you and me. Here you can read more about the terms and some of what the contract covers: Terms and GDPR. My contract includes the following:


"Photographer Aleksander Ramsland reserves the right to publish images from the assignment on his website, social media, and other marketing materials, including participation in any competitions, unless otherwise agreed. By publishing my images, I am able to showcase my work and brand to new potential clients, and it is the only way for me to reach others. Being able to publish images on my website and social media is absolutely essential for my work as a photographer. Without this possibility, you as a client likely wouldn’t have discovered the photographer you wish to work with, and we wouldn’t have any images to showcase. That is why I wish to reserve the right to use the images for marketing on my website and social media."
